How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding products to your cart and checking out. We also accept orders via WhatsApp at +20-101-370-8341 — simply send us the product names and quantities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery (COD) Fawry InstaPay Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Clinic accounts can also arrange credit terms.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order! Though orders over EGP 500 qualify for free shipping. Clinic account holders have different thresholds depending on their tier.
How fast is delivery?
Cairo and Alexandria typically receive orders in 1–2 business days. Other governorates take 2–4 business days. Express same-day delivery is available in Alexandria for orders placed before 12pm.
Do you deliver across all of Egypt?
Yes! We deliver to all 27 governorates across Egypt through our logistics partners. Free delivery on orders over EGP 500.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also track via our website under My Account.
How do I apply for a clinic account?
Fill out the application form on our Clinic Accounts page or send us your clinic name phone number and city via WhatsApp. We approve accounts within 24 hours.
What discounts do clinic accounts get?
Starter accounts get 10% off all retail prices. Professional accounts (EGP 5k–15k/month) get 18% off. Enterprise accounts (over EGP 15k/month) get 25% off.
Are clinic prices automatic after approval?
Yes! Once approved your account will automatically display wholesale prices when you log in — no need to apply discounts manually.
Are all products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. GoDent is an authorized distributor of all brands we carry including Dentsply Kuraray Meta BioMed Bausch and more. We source directly from official Egyptian importers.
Do you have expiry date guarantees?
Yes. All products have at least 12 months of shelf life remaining when shipped. We display expiry batches on request.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number to initiate a return.
How do I enroll in a course?
Click Enroll Now on any course card or WhatsApp us with the course name. We'll send you access details and payment info within a few hours.
Are courses live or recorded?
We offer both live webinars with real-time Q&A and recorded courses you can watch anytime. Course type is shown on each course page.
